Alvaro Perez
Assistant Director
I am interested in developing and growing while supporting others on their professional journey.
I am a proponent of College Access and Higher Education. College Access to me is supporting students matriculating in college, and progressing through graduation. As a life-long educator,
I promote learning and growing through effective coaching and mentoring. I wish nothing but success to everyone I come in contact with and I will always try my best to support anyone’s journey.
I have worked with many diverse populations of students and staff respectably at Non-Profit organizations and colleges in Florida and California. My focus has been in the areas of Mentoring, Coaching, Research, Data Collection, and Leadership. I also have a passion for developing my skills in research, policy, and human development. I am truly honored to be a part of the Seminole Tribe of Florida. I vouch to give my full support and expertise while I serve the students and families of the tribe.
Fun Facts: “You must be shapeless, formless, like water. When you pour water in a cup, it becomes the cup. When you pour water in a bottle, it becomes the bottle. When you pour water in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Water can drip and it can crash. Become like water my friend.”
Hobbies: Running, Triathlon Training, and Reading.
